// PREPARED BY RYAN AND RIPAL — R&R GROWTH

Yorktown Health

Preliminary Proposal & Website Audit — August 2026

You run three offices. You also run three websites, on three different platforms, that have never once linked to each other. Google reads that as three small practices instead of one strong one.

// WHAT'S IN THIS PROPOSAL

Two focus areas. One agency.

01

Website Consolidation

Three sites become one. Every location gets a deep section inside yorktownhealth.com — its own providers, services, hours, reviews, and schema — so all three feed one domain instead of competing with it.

02

Ongoing Digital Growth

The monthly engine behind the rebuild: local SEO per office, Google Business Profile management, review generation, and patient-education content built for the searches that actually fill schedules.

// WHAT WE FOUND

Right now your website introduces you. We want it to book for you.

Yorktown Health has real substance — six credentialed providers, a concierge model patients write five-star reviews about, on-site ultrasound and mammography, and three offices across the western and northern suburbs. The problem is not the practice. It is that the practice is spread across three separate websites, on three separate platforms, with three separate phone numbers and no link between any of them. Every one of those sites is starting its search rankings from zero, alone. Meanwhile Northwestern Medicine holds two page-one results in Vernon Hills from a single domain, and in Lombard the entire first page of results for OBGYN belongs to Healthgrades, Zocdoc, WebMD, and Yelp.

// SITE AUDIT

Twelve findings, ranked by revenue impact.

We fetched all three Yorktown websites and ran the highest-intent searches in each of your three markets. Findings are grouped into architecture, content, SEO, and technical. Each names what we found, why it costs you patients, and what we would do about it.

// ARCHITECTURE

Architecture

F1Three offices, three domains, three platforms

CRITICAL

What we found

yorktownhealth.com runs on the Tebra/PatientPop platform. yorktownhealthvh.com runs on WordPress. yorktownhealthlisle.com runs on Elementor. Three separate websites, three separate codebases, three separate content systems — for one practice.

Why it costs you patients

Search authority does not pool across domains. Every backlink, review, and piece of content earned by the Lombard site does nothing for Vernon Hills or Lisle. You are paying three times to build one reputation and getting a third of the benefit each time.

The fix

One domain. Every office becomes a deep section inside yorktownhealth.com at its own path, so all three inherit whatever any one of them earns.

F2The three sites have never linked to each other

CRITICAL

What we found

We fetched all three sites. Neither yorktownhealthvh.com nor yorktownhealthlisle.com links back to yorktownhealth.com, and neither links to the other. A patient who lands on the Lisle site has no path to discover that Yorktown also has offices in Lombard and Vernon Hills.

Why it costs you patients

A patient moving across the suburbs, or one who wants a specialty only offered in Lombard, hits a dead end. Google also reads three unlinked domains as three unrelated businesses rather than one practice with three offices.

The fix

A single location picker in the header, and every office page cross-linking to the others — so one patient relationship can move between offices instead of ending at one.

F3The provider rosters contradict each other

WARNING

What we found

yorktownhealth.com lists six providers: Shawn George DO, Andrew Roth MD FACOG, Shawn Davies MD FACOG, Janyce Agruss PhD APRN-BC, Emily Forsythe CNM DNP WHNP-BC, and Alyssa Schofield DNP FNP-BC. The Vernon Hills site names Clarissa Schroeder. The Lisle site names Krunal Patel MD. Neither appears on the main site's provider list.

Why it costs you patients

A patient who searches a provider's name and lands on the parent site cannot find them. In healthcare, a provider who does not appear where the patient looks reads as a provider who left.

The fix

One provider database driving every page — the parent roster, each office page, and the schema. Add a provider once and every relevant page updates.

// CONTENT

Content

F4The satellite sites are thin next to the parent

WARNING

What we found

yorktownhealth.com carries a full structure — Providers, Services, Testimonials, Blog, Classes, Patient Education, Patient Info. The Vernon Hills site is essentially a single page with service cards. The Lisle site carries Home, About Us, Providers, Services, and Contact.

Why it costs you patients

Depth is what ranks for specific searches. "Endometriosis specialist Lisle" needs a page about endometriosis in Lisle. A single homepage with service cards cannot compete for it.

The fix

Each office section gets a page per service line it actually offers, written for that city — not a summary card.

F5Your reviews do not travel

WARNING

What we found

The main site displays more than fifteen patient testimonials. The Vernon Hills site displays none. The Lisle site displays five. Nothing is shared between them.

Why it costs you patients

The trust a Lombard patient built by writing a five-star review does no work for a Vernon Hills prospect deciding between you and Northwestern.

The fix

One review pipeline feeding every office page, filtered by location where relevant and shown brand-wide where it helps.

F6Three phone numbers with no structure around them

OPPORTUNITY

What we found

Lombard answers at 630-932-2055, Vernon Hills at 847-549-3979, Lisle at 630-864-5838. Each lives only on its own site.

Why it costs you patients

Nothing is wrong with per-office numbers — what is missing is the layer above them. There is no single place a patient lands and gets routed to the right office, and no way to attribute a call to the page that produced it.

The fix

A location-aware contact structure on one domain, with call tracking so you know which page and which search produced each call.

// SEO

SEO

F7Directories own the entire first page in Lombard

CRITICAL

What we found

We searched "OBGYN Lombard IL." The first page returned Healthgrades twice, Zocdoc, Yelp, and WebMD twice. Not one physician practice's own website appeared. Yorktown did not appear.

Why it costs you patients

Every one of those directories monetizes your prospective patient. They rank, they capture the appointment request, and several of them sell that lead back to practices. You built the reputation; they are renting you access to it.

The fix

A dedicated Lombard OB/GYN page with real depth, full schema, and embedded reviews — built to break the directory wall on the query that matters most.

F8Northwestern gets two page-one results in Vernon Hills. You get one.

WARNING

What we found

We searched "primary care doctor Vernon Hills IL." Northwestern Medicine holds two positions on page one — nm.org/locations/primary-care-vernon-hills and its team sub-page at /meet-the-vernon-hills-primary-care-team. Both live on nm.org, their single main domain. yorktownhealthvh.com ranks once.

Why it costs you patients

Two results is roughly double the click share of one. Northwestern gets that by giving one location a page plus a team sub-page on a domain that carries their entire organization's authority. Your Vernon Hills site carries only its own.

The fix

The same structure, on your domain — an office page plus a provider-team page beneath it, both inheriting the authority of all three offices.

F9No physician or clinic structured data found

WARNING

What we found

None of the three sites appears to expose JSON-LD structured data for MedicalClinic, Physician, or LocalBusiness.

Why it costs you patients

Schema is how Google renders your address, hours, phone, accepted insurance, and provider credentials as rich results. Without it your listing is a plain blue link sitting under directories that all have it.

The fix

Full MedicalClinic and Physician schema on every office and provider page at launch, verified in the Rich Results Test.

F10One practice, three domains, authority split three ways

CRITICAL

What we found

Every link, mention, review, and page of content Yorktown earns is currently divided across three unrelated domains instead of accumulating on one.

Why it costs you patients

Domain authority is the strongest lever you have against directories, and it is the one thing that cannot be bought. Splitting it three ways is the single most expensive decision on this list.

The fix

Consolidate to yorktownhealth.com with 301 redirects from both satellite domains, so their existing equity transfers instead of evaporating.

// TECHNICAL

Technical

F11Three platforms means three of everything

OPPORTUNITY

What we found

Tebra/PatientPop, WordPress, and Elementor. Three admin logins, three update cycles, three security surfaces, three places a change has to be made.

Why it costs you patients

A phone number, an hours change, or a new provider has to be entered three times in three systems. Things drift — and the drift is what patients see.

The fix

One platform, one content model, one place to make a change.

F12Booking and payment are spread across four outside surfaces

OPPORTUNITY

What we found

Appointments route to Healow. Payments route to healowpay.com. Records route to a patient portal at mycw188.ecwcloud.com. Zocdoc is integrated as well. Each is a handoff off your domain.

Why it costs you patients

Every jump off your site is a place a patient can drop out, and a point where you stop being able to see what happened. If Healow is required, the lead event should be captured before the handoff.

The fix

Keep the tools. Wrap them — capture the appointment intent on your domain first, then hand off, so you can attribute every booking to the page and search that produced it.

// METHOD — PageSpeed Insights rate-limited during this audit, so no Core Web Vitals baselines are quoted. We baseline every page at launch against LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1. Search volumes require paid tools we did not run for a preliminary audit — every ranking above is verified organic position, checked August 2026.

// THE TRAP AND THE PATTERN THAT WINS

The health systems beating you locally all made the same choice.

This section is not a neutral comparison. One of these two architectures is what you are running, and the other is what is outranking you in your own suburbs.

// SPLITTING INTO SEPARATE DOMAINS

Every new office starts from zero.

  • Three domains, three platforms, three phone numbers, zero links between them
  • yorktownhealthvh.com and yorktownhealthlisle.com each carry only the authority they built alone
  • Nothing Lombard earns helps Vernon Hills, and nothing Vernon Hills earns helps Lisle
  • Open a fourth office and it starts at zero all over again

What it costs: in Lombard, where the practice has been longest, the entire first page for "OBGYN Lombard IL" belongs to Healthgrades, Zocdoc, WebMD, and Yelp. No practice website breaks through — including yours.

THIS IS YORKTOWN TODAY.

// ONE DOMAIN, DEEP LOCATION SECTIONS

Every office inherits everything the others built.

  • Northwestern Medicine runs every location inside one domain — nm.org/locations/primary-care-vernon-hills
  • Each location page carries a team sub-page beneath it — /meet-the-vernon-hills-primary-care-team
  • Both rank on page one for "primary care doctor Vernon Hills IL" — two results, one domain, your market
  • Their Vernon Hills page carries the authority of every Northwestern location in Illinois

What it wins them: roughly double the click share on the query, in a suburb where you already have an office. They are not outranking you because they are bigger. They are outranking you because everything they publish lands on one domain.

THIS IS THE MOVE.

// THE RECOMMENDATION

Three sites become one. Nothing gets smaller.

Consolidating is not shrinking. Every office keeps its own page, its own providers, its own hours, its own reviews, and its own local search fight. What changes is that all three finally push in the same direction. Redirect the satellite domains, keep the equity, and the next office you open launches inside an engine that is already running.

// WHO OWNS THE TOP OF GOOGLE IN YOUR THREE SUBURBS

Three markets. Three different problems.

We ran the highest-intent search in each market and recorded who actually holds page one. Verified organic positions, checked August 2026 — not estimated volumes.

What's missing

Every single result is a directory. Not one practice's own website appears.

The opportunity

A directory-only first page means no practice has done the work here. A deep Lombard OB/GYN page with schema and reviews faces no real operator competition — only aggregators.

The opportunity

Lisle is exactly why consolidation matters. On its own domain it starts from nothing. Inside yorktownhealth.com it launches with everything Lombard and Vernon Hills have already earned.

// THE PATTERN

Three markets. One fix.

In Lombard the directories are unopposed. In Vernon Hills a single-domain competitor doubles your click share. In Lisle you are starting from zero for the third time. Every one of those is the same problem wearing different clothes — the authority is split, so nothing compounds.

// THE VISION

From three websites that compete with each other — to one that carries all three.

Same three offices. Same providers. What changes is where the work lands.

// WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YORKTOWN

Yorktown stops competing with itself.

Right now your three websites are three separate businesses as far as Google is concerned. Consolidated, every review in Lombard, every article about endometriosis, and every backlink any office earns makes all three stronger. Open a fourth office and it launches with everything the first three built.

// PHASE TWO — THE GROWTH ENGINE

Six growth modules. Pick the ones that fit.

The rebuild gives you a booking engine. Phase Two is the fuel. Local search, reviews, and content — the monthly work that keeps new patients landing on a site built to book them.

01

Local SEO per office.

Ranking for "OBGYN Lombard," "primary care Vernon Hills," and every city-plus-service combination that matters. On-page work, internal linking, and local schema.

02

Google Business Profile management.

Three profiles, managed weekly — posts, photos, Q&A, and review response inside 24 hours. For a practice that fills its schedule locally, this is the highest-return channel there is.

03

Review generation.

A system that asks satisfied patients at the right moment, across all three offices, and pulls those reviews back onto your own pages.

04

Patient-education content.

Two to four pieces a month on what patients actually search — endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, semaglutide, what to expect at a first OB visit — each mapped to a service page.

05

Provider reputation.

Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and Vitals profiles claimed and kept current for every provider, so the directories that outrank you at least send patients to the right place.

06

Maintenance and hosting.

Uptime, security, backups, and a real person who answers when something breaks.

// INVESTMENT

We build the numbers with you, not for you.

This is a preliminary proposal. We are showing you the audit and the plan before we talk price, because the shape of the engagement depends on decisions only you can make. Do all three offices consolidate at once, or does Lombard go first? Do you want the growth modules bundled or à la carte? Is a fourth office on the horizon we should build for now?

We will bring a full breakdown to the working session — the one-time consolidation, a monthly growth tier, and what each additional office costs once the structure exists.

// BEFORE WE START

Three things you should know before we start.

01

A kickoff, not a handoff.

We schedule a 30-minute kickoff with Ryan and Ripal, get access to your systems, and start working inside your business the same week. No procurement theatre, no scoping ping-pong.

02

Embedded, not outsourced.

You get a dedicated U.S.-based account manager plus direct access to the founders — Slack, phone, whatever you already use. Nothing offshored, no ticket queue, no anonymous inbox. We show up like the in-house growth team you would hire if hiring were easy.

03

You own everything.

Code, domains, content, brand assets, analytics — all yours from day one. Nothing we build is locked to us, and nothing about working together depends on you being unable to leave.

Thank you.
